Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has insisted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi must respond in Parliament to allegations of embezzlement and missing valuables linked to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. This demand is rooted in constitutional obligations, rather than mere procedural nicety.
